Everything on CantSwitchOff is general information. It is not medical advice, and it does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Hypnagogia-Pass is a method to try. It has not been tested in a clinical trial, and it is not a treatment. If trouble sleeping lasts for weeks, or if racing thoughts come with other symptoms that worry you, please talk with a doctor. Please do not use Hypnagogia-Pass or any other session while driving, operating machinery, or doing anything else that needs your attention.

Using the site

CantSwitchOff is written for adults. You may read the site and share links to it for personal, non-commercial use. Please do not misuse it: do not try to break or overload it, gain access to parts you are not meant to reach, or copy it in bulk with automated tools.

We work to report sources accurately, and we explain how in How we work. Research changes, and mistakes happen. If you find one, write to us and we will look into it.

Purchases are not made on cantswitchoff.com. They happen on members.cantswitchoff.com, which is operated through Gumroad. The price, the details of what you get, and the conditions of the sale are shown at checkout, and Gumroad's own terms also apply to your purchase. Nothing on cantswitchoff.com is an offer that binds us to sell.

The site links to sources and other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they contain or how they handle your data.

Our responsibility

We provide the site and its content as it is, without promises about results. In particular, we do not promise that Hypnagogia-Pass or anything on the site will help you fall asleep or sleep better, and the site may be unavailable or contain errors from time to time. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss that comes from using or being unable to use the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing in them takes away the rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the new version applies from the day we publish it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia. If you use the site as a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live. Disputes that cannot be settled by talking are for the competent courts in Ljubljana, unless mandatory law gives you another forum.
